The one-time enrollment fee includes the following as a baseline lab panel: A complete blood count (CBC), basic metabolic panel (BMP), lipid panel, hemoglobin A1c (A1C), and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH).
The monthly fee covers all visits, including virtual consultations, emails, texts, and more, in addition to in-office procedures and tests. Any labs needed are charged at wholesale prices.
