Enrollment Fee
The one-time enrollment fee is $100 per patient, capped at $250 per family. It includes baseline labs such as a CBC, BMP, lipid panel, A1C, and TSH.
Discounts
Active-duty military members, veterans, and anyone who pays for a full 12-month membership at registration receive a 10% discount.
Monthly Fee
The monthly fee covers all visits, including in-person and virtual consultations, emails, texts, and in-office procedures. Any additional labs are billed at wholesale cost.
Save on your membership by using your pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA) funds. The money you’ve already set aside for healthcare can go straight to a membership that covers every visit, in person and virtual. Apply up to $150 a month for individuals and $300 a month for families.*
