Labs are affordably priced, and all in-office procedures are included. Plus, there’s the added benefit of no lock-in periods; if you’re not satisfied, you’re free to cancel at any time.

Your clinician will personally return your calls, ensuring timely and thorough visits. Even when you’re traveling, phone consultations come at no extra charge.

Membership Options

One-time enrollment fee: $100 per patient
Capped at $200 per family.

The one-time enrollment fee includes the following as a baseline lab panel: A complete blood count (CBC), basic metabolic panel (BMP), lipid panel, hemoglobin A1c (A1C), and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH).

Active-duty military members and veterans are eligible for a 10% discount.
This discount also applies to anyone who pays for a 12-month membership in full, at the time of registration.

The monthly fee covers all visits, including virtual consultations, emails, texts, and more, in addition to in-office procedures and tests. Any labs needed are charged at wholesale prices.
