She is courteous, encouraging, and responds quickly. I worked with her for a few months, during which time she coached me on diet/exercise changes and recovering from a wrist injury. I only needed one in-person appt with her, which was my intake appt, but we managed all the rest (xray, PT, bloodwork) over email. She is very proficient at her job and loves what she does.
